Can I answer a customer question directly, and add it to my Knowledge base at the same time?

Hi Craig

Our Q channel system does exactly that. All you do is answer your customers question as usual, and at that point you are two clicks away from turning that answer into a useful fresh post, just the sort of content that search engines are looking for.
Additionally we can put product questions right next to the product where they will do the most use. The system works with WordPress and Xcart and Magento
