A guideline, not a quote. The exact figure follows once we know what you actually need.
Get a quoteThe split here is deliberate. Posts are the part of a website that genuinely needs to change often and urgently, and waiting on somebody else to publish them is a real friction. Layout and structure are the part that gets broken when everybody can edit it. So Velocity Publish gives you the first and keeps the second with us.
The admin panel does one job and does it plainly: write a post, add pictures, choose when it goes out, publish. There is no page builder to fight, no block editor, and no way to accidentally change the navigation while writing about a new product.
The part that earns its keep for most people is the social reposting. A post can push itself out to your channels as it publishes, so writing something once puts it in front of the people following you without a second round of copying and pasting. Businesses that intend to post regularly and never quite get round to it usually find that removing that second step is what actually fixes the habit.
Who it is for
Is this the right one for you?
- A business publishing news, offers or articles more than a few times a year
- Anyone using their website to feed their social channels rather than the other way round
- A practice, club or charity with things to announce
The honest catch. You can post as much as you like. You still cannot restructure the fixed pages yourself — and that is still the point, because it is the fixed pages that hold the site together.
What you get
- Everything in Velocity Core
- An admin panel for writing, editing and deleting posts
- Posts can go straight out to your social channels automatically
- Categories, images and scheduling
- Static pages still looked after by us
